What are the different ways tulasi leaves can be offered to deities on altar?

Can tulasi leaves be used in garland? If so, how?

hare krishna,
answers
How are tulasi manjaris strung into garlands?
ans: i never tried this but as we strung flowers without inserting needle in to part of tulsi maharani, we just need to bind leaf, manjaries or stem of branch (make a thread knot arround it).

What are the different ways tulasi leaves can be offered to deities on altar?
ans: we must* offer it to guru disciplic succession then they will offer to shrimati radharani then she will offer it to krishna.we can't place garland arround neck of srimati radharani but we can keep garland/leaf in her hand so that she can offer to krishna.
tulsi can be offered to vishnu tatva like lord chatanya mahaprabhu, lord nityanand prabhu and lord advaita acarya prabhu only in panchtatva.we can keep tulsi near lords feet , in hands , arround neck, on head i think it can be on whole body of lord (AAngni saklendriya vriti manti - from brahmasamhita , explains any part of lords transcendental body can serve as another part of his body)

Can tulasi leaves be used in garland? If so, how?
ans: yes, it depends on size of garland but pricipal is make knots with thread arround leaf or small braches
