Yes ISKCON has Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu's Bhakti movement which is the top most process, but ultimately everyone has to put their own endeavours too. For example, there is an analogy in this regard, that one may take a horse to water and show it, but unless it makes the endeavour to drink it, it wont quench his thirst.
And Krishna is talking to his devotees....through the bhagavad Gita, the Vedas , which are nothing but his words/instructions. Also, if we want to personally reciprocate with krishna, we need to be qualified, and thats when one can see Krishna directly, talk with him (the personal form). And we get that qualification by siincerely following the process and developing Krishna prema...(ref, Brahma samhita verse: Premanjana churita.....)
Also, if someone asks us that how can you prove the authenticity of our movement, then we can simply tell them that.....No matter how much experimentation you do with a gulab jamun (rubbing with hand, squeezing it etc. etc.), they can get a taste of it only when they make the endeavour of putting it in their mouth.
